Confirmation of the booking is made in the moment of receiving the confirmation of payment of 30% of the balance by bank transfer. The client receives the voucher with the exact address of the apartment, the period of stay, the reference numbers. The clients also receives this present file containing the contractual conditions of stay. The price must be fully paid before the keys are handed over: 30% will be paid as a deposit at the time of booking, the balance will be due within 10 days from the date of arrival by bank transfer or upon arrival with a credit card or debit card . PAYMENT IN CASH IS ONLY PERMITTED IN THE CASE OF AMOUNTS LESS THAN € 1.000,00 AND NOTIFYING THE BOOKING OFFICE BEFORE ARRIVAL.
1 – ARRIVAL
The arrival must be on the appointed day, between 16:00 and 18:00 at the parking place of the Residence Via Rio Piccolo, Principina a Mare (the first street on the right as you turn from the crossroad to Principina a Mare). To enter in the parking you have to pass the bar where is necessary this code: 2005 and the button on the leftside of the bottom of the keyboard. The person in charge of the check in/out will be at your disposal and the hand over of the keys of the apartment assigned to you. We inform you that it is not possible to change the apartment number on the day of the arrival. IN CASE OF DELAY PLEASE CALL IMMEDIATELY mobil number +39 3469677298 to avoid the risk to enter in the apartment the next day. Upon arrival must be shown for verification of registration, identity documents of the occupants (if not sent previously) and the voucher attached on the email of the confirm of the booking. If the balance was not paid paid by bank transfer before the arrival (we mean the sum of the remaining 70% because 30% is required to confirm the booking), this must be paid at the moment of the check in by credit card or debit card or as in the point 0.
2 – CANCELLATION
In case the customer is has to cancel the reservation he / she must give notice to the office tel. +39 0564455970 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 or from 15:00 to 19:00 or write to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org
If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the start of the stay, the entire deposit already paid will be refunded, without penalty. If the reservation is canceled from 60 days up to 10 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit paid will no longer be refunded, thus paying at least 30% of the cost of the stay, as a penalty. If the reservation will be canceled from 10 days from the beginning of your stay to the day of arrival or the customer does not show up, will not have refunds, the penalty is 100% of the cost of stay. The property undertakes to reimburse the entire penalty to the client if possible book again the accommodation for the period canceled and on the same conditions.
3 – RULES OF STAY
It is absolutely forbidden to host more people than is permitted according to the number of beds indicated in the contract. In this respect, children are considered as adults. The cost of the extra bed over 4 pax (adults and children over 6 years) is € 50.00 per pax while the baby cot has the added cost of 20 € per stay (on request and verification of availability). It is not allowed to use other stoves or electric heaters that do not belong to the apartment. All guests are required to respect the rules of each house and observe the common rules concerning the quiet, especially during the afternoon and night.
4 – EQUIPMENT OF THE APARTMENTS
All our apartments are furnished and equipped with electric cooker, hot and cold running water, electricity, washing machine and TV. For each bed are available nr. 01 summer blanket, nr. 01 bedspread and nr. 01 pillow with nr. 01 pillowcover. The customer must bring along the bed linen and towels or can be booked at least 1 week before the arrival at a cost of € 14 per pax (minimum 2 people). The linen includes the complete for the bed and towels. The Customer must check the status of the equipment carefully and communicate any discrepancy to the representatives within 24 hours after the keys are handed over.
5 – DEPARTURE
The apartment must be empty by 08:00 am and NOT LATER THAN 10:00 am on the appointed day unless The customer must notify the departure ONE DAY BEFORE to allow the person in charge to check the state of preservation and cleanliness of the apartment. In case of early departure, the management reserves the right to withhold the deposit of the next step and then return it by post (the costs will be borne by the client), once carried out the necessary checks. Anyway, in this case must be communicated the different day and time of departure from the one given to the person in charge. THE APARTMENT MUST BE LEFT IN ORDER AND FREE FROM GARBAGE, THE DISHES MUST BE WASHED AND THE REFRIGERATOR EMPTY AND DEFROSTED.
6 – SECURITY DEPOSIT
In the moment of the check in, when the keys are handed over, must be paid for each reserved apartment a security deposit of € 200.00 which will be returned on the day of departure after routine checks. In case there is damage to the equipment of the apartment or its bad use or if the point 5 has not been respected, the Management reserves the right to retain the security or a part of it as compensation.
7 – ANIMALS
We accept cats and dogs of small and medium size at a cost of 20 € per stay – contribution to the sanitation of the building.
